What was the core problem you were trying to solve when working with NE Systems?
We engaged NE Systems to upgrade our email service. The core problem we faced was an aging email platform that was approaching end-of-life. In working with NE Systems, preliminary discussion examined business requirements, and with our input, they proposed a cost-effective solution to migrate email services to the cloud, specifically Office 365.
Were there any hesitations or obstacles you were concerned with before working with us, what factors about the way we handled your project help eliminate any doubts or fears?
Internal resources presented an obstacle for us, for we did not have the expertise to implement this project ourselves. So it made sense to procure a third-party contractor experienced in cloud migration.
What did you find as a result of working with NE Systems?
The result of working with NE Systems was self-evident. They help us solve a business problem. They provide us with the knowledge transfer of the solution so that our internal operations can support and maintain the platform. The final QA measurement used for this project came in the form of a customer satisfaction survey. The data, from the end-user survey, indicated a "very satisfied" level of satisfaction with the new email system, specifically the increase in email storage space. Therefore, it was easy to conclude that the project received a favorable outcome in terms of completed deliverables.

What stood out the most of NE Systems is their quality of work and attention to detail throughout the course of this project.
What specifically about Ed and his team did you find beneficial to you and your project?
What I found beneficial about Ed and his team is their commitment to the project. When I had a question, they were easy to reach via email or phone and responded promptly. Also, I felt their expert judgment brought enormous value to the project, and they were able to explain complex concepts regarding the implementation in layman's terms.
Why would you recommend the NE Systems Team and what do you feel NE Systems has to offer that sets them apart from other System Integrators?
I feel NE Systems' most significant selling point is their comprehensive understanding of technology in today’s changing ecosystem. And, what sets them apart for others is how they leverage their knowledge to apply those changes in environments to meet their customers' needs successfully.
